They offer a nice breakfast with many choices, and the staff is helpful and friendly, located in a calm and well-maintained area.

The breakfast was superb!! The pool was nice, with plenty of towels.

The only negative point was the chair in the room was broken. We asked for a new one and they took the broken one but never brought a replacement. We where there for four days and no chair!!

the location was perfect, with a shopping mall nearby. the hotel was conveniently located just 12 miles from the airport. 3. I really loved the complimentary breakfast with a variety of options.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Front desk and breakfast staff was outstanding and very accomodating to all needs and requests...even stayed open after complimentary breakfast hours just to ensure everyone was fed.

Laundry facility was very small. Only one washer/dryer availble which made it difficult since we were there with a team as well as several other teams for a weeklong tournament. Also because booked through Booked.net treated differently and couldnt get a copy of bill or make any adjustments (like pay by different means) at front desk. Even a late checkout wasnt available since we were told we booked through website and not actual hotel.....and that hotel guests had priority.

The map on the internet showed the hotel being in Downtown Chattanooga only 10 blocks from the major attractions. It was located 20 minutes away in Ooltewa tn. I think this is a bad reflection of your company and certainly false advertising.

The hotel is in the best location for visiting Veteran's Memorial Park. the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. - the room had useful amenities like a safe box, flat screen cable TV, and a microwave. - the complimentary continental breakfast had a variety of options.

The room was very clean and the staff was wonderful. Breakfast was awesome and my little girl loved the pool. Wal-Mart was right across the street and was open 24 hours a day.

Only complaint was the bedspread was too hot for summer and the pillows were not very supportive if you have neck problems. Everything else was great.

The location was not as shown on the map and would not choose it again when visiting Chattanooga because of the distance from downtown. Since all the events I attended were in the downtown river front area this was not a good fit at all for easy movement back and forth from hotel.

Great location near the business district and a top-notch restaurant right next door. I've been a regular guest here and would definitely come back. 🌟

Chattanooga-North is not really North. About 20 minutes east on 75. A straight shot but could be an issue during the morning or evening rush

Spotlessly clean hotel, complimentary breakfast, good sized and brand-new rooms. Comfy beds, a safe box, flat screen cable TV and a microwave oven in the room. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

The rooms are well-equipped with excellent breakfast options and cozy fans, along with a good variety of breakfast choices available for everyone's taste preferences.
